What is the cost of Online Seminar subscription?
The first thirty days of OS subscription is $250.00 which allows unlimited 24/7 access to all content, in all categories. Subscription then automatically renews every thirty days thereafter at $25 which allows continued access to all OS content in all categories, plus all new releases.

Do you offer group rates for salons?
Yes, special group rates are available to Wella Global Elite Salons which may be redemmed with GE points. Click here to learn more.

Will Online Seminars play well on my computer(s) and cellular devices?
Yes, our state of the art video player automatically detects your device type along with your internet connection speed and delivers the best matching video stream for your pc, mac, iphone, ipad,tablet or cellular device. We also provide free apple iphone and ipad apps.

Are Online Seminars designed for hairdressers of all skill levels?
Yes, OS are designed for all skill levels from beginner to advanced with the focus on techniques.

Can I download Online Seminars or buy them on DVD?
No, we do not offer DVD's or permit downloading or reproducing of any kind. Subscribers may view OS as often as they like.

How often are new Online Seminars released?
Two or more new OS are added to the library every other month, for a total of 12 or more yearly.

Will my recurring monthly subscription fee ever increase?
No, your monthly subscription fee will never increase as long as your account remains active.

Can I cancel my recurring monthly subscription anytime?
Yes, you will have full self-serve online access to your account where you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, for any reason and with no questions asked.

Can I login to Online Seminars from various computers?
Yes just not at the same time. Simply logout from one device before you login to another.

How can I calculate your subscription fee(s) to non U.S. currency?
We provided an International Currency Converter for your convenience. Just select the (To) dropdown for your currency and then type the amount. (Please confirm this info as we cannot be responsible for third party websites.)
