Michele has been a stylist for 24 years and has experience in many facets of education: a key Sebastian Design Team Member; winning an award for the most inspirational artist. A Wella Stylist Tester; has been able to experience the research that goes behind Sebastian and Wella products in the Research and Development Dept and creating materials for shows and education, in addition to a training artist on latest collections.

As a Wella Professional Capability Expert; Michelle has been instrumental in creating and implementing training programs to help build the technical capabilities of our team for Wella, Nioxin and Sebastian and lastly a Studio Lead Artist; inspiring and motivating stylist to be the best at their craft.
